    The Challenge

    When we began working with this manufacturer in 2007, they had several significant employee injuries leading to triple digit loss ratios. We responded by working closely with the client’s senior leadership team to review and strengthen human resource practices, improve lockout/tagout procedures, and implement workstation ergonomic programs.

    The Result

    Within the first year of implementing all of our recommendations, the frequency and severity of injuries declined dramatically with loss ratios moving into the single digits. For the past six policy years, the company has sustained zero workers’ compensation losses.
